I was hoping this mat would cover more space, but it ended up being a lot smaller than I thought. It didn’t really fit the area I needed it for, so I’m disappointed overall :(

This thing is annoying to wash and it takes forever to dry. I left it out overnight and it was still damp the next day, which is just kind of frustrating.

I was disappointed with this. The website made it sound like it would hold up well with normal washing, so I was confused when I followed the care instructions exactly and it still started having issues after just a few washes. The edges began curling and the inside got all bunched up.
For the price, I really thought it would last longer. Now it doesn’t lay flat anymore and feels kind of useless. I wanted to like it, but I wouldn’t buy it again...

I was disappointed with this mat. I figured the whole point was to keep liquid from getting through to the sheets, but that happened more than once for us. It didn’t seem to absorb nearly as much as I expected, so instead of saving me laundry, it just added another thing to wash. Common sense says if it’s meant to protect the bed, it should actually keep the bed dry.

At first I thought, okay, maybe I just didn’t put it on right. But nope, it keeps sliding all over the bed even when my kid is barely moving. i went from giving it the benefit of the doubt to being annoyed, especially for what it cost.

I ordered a mat and, it took way longer to arrive than the shipping info made it sound like it would. I get that delays happen, but I emailed customer service twice and basically got a short, vague reply that didn’t actually answer my questions. No real update, no apology, nothing that made me feel like they were trying to help. So yeah, by the time the mat finally showed up, I was already frustrated. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clear communication when an order is late. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I kept trying to figure out if it was just one spot or the fabric overall, but the pattern was clear after using it a few times: it just isn’t soft. It feels rough against the skin and gets uncomfortable quickly.
